At present, Tiguan provides two variant, Comfortline and Highline, both of them have the same 2.0 4-cylinder TDI diesel engine under the hood and match with a Dual Shift Gearbox (DSG). It can produce a maximum power of 143ps @ 4000rpm and a top torque of 340Nm @ 1750-2750rpm.

Since Volkswagen is a Germany automaker giant, the look of the Tiguan has a sense of European style.
